“A special thank you to all who helped with the Duck Race on Saturday. Special thanks go to Mrs.Edith Metcalf, Townend Farm, for use of their land, to David Adams at Dyrstone Radio for their PA system and excellent commentary and to Lothersdale Young Farmers for loan of the 300 ducks (we hope all returned safely). Profit on the day was £492.68, for which thanks to all who contributed.
