“Cowling travelled to Trawden Celtic on Sunday 5th April, with a depleted squad, but came away with a creditable 4-1 victory. After two minutes of the game they found themselves one goal to the good, but in an even opening 15 mins Trawden equalised. Cowling maybe having the best of the rest of the half, but despite that half time was reached with the scores level. The second half continued in much of a similar pattern, but the difference being Cowling took three of thier chances. Scorers for Cowling were George Sellers with two, Oliver Williams and Josh Wood with one each. Man of the Match was Callum Molloy.”
