Cowling Toddlers

Cowling Toddlers is managed
by Cowling Playgroup Committee
and is planned and run on a rota
basis by the Playleaders.
Sessions are held in St Andrews
Church Hall so that as children
become old enough to attend
Playgroup they are in familiar
surroundings with staff already
known to them.
Sessions are open to all
children under school age and
their parents or carers and are
well attended by a wide variety
of family groups.
Free play is available during
most of the session and a
variety of equipment enables
children to experience physical,
creative, construction and role
play. A planned activity is
available and group song time is
held at the end of the session
while the hall is being tidied.
A healthy snack is provided for
the children when they are
encouraged to sit together and
try a variety of foods whilst
improving their social skills.
Hot drinks and biscuits are
provided for adults.
Adults are asked to help with
making snacks and drinks,
washing up and tidying away or
looking after children so other
adults can help.
Parents / carers from Toddlers
are encouraged to join the
committee and support
fundraising events in aid of the
joint groups.
Toddlers runs during term time
and holidays, except for
Christmas.
Sessions are held on Wednesdays
from 10am to 11:30am.
Prices
Parent/Carer + Child - £1.40
(includes tea/coffee, Juice +
snack)
Each additional child - 70p
