generations and people
had been asking if we
could supply Pork. So we
created a purpose built
cutting room.
We entered the Great
Yorkshire Pork Pie
Sausage and Products
competition October
2006.
We came 2nd overall in
the burger competition
with our Pork and Apple
Burger.
We were finalist in:
* Thin Pork Sausage
* Thick Pork Sausage
* Speciality Pork
Sausage
Only our own Pork is
used in out products
without drugs added to
any of the feeds
Any health problems are
treated homoeopathically
All our sausage and
burgers are based on 80%
meat content with a low
level of fat
