Cowling’s Pinnacle Productions
presents “Ladies’ Day” by Amanda
Whittington |
Set in 2005,
Ladies’ Day is the endearing story of
four ladies who pack fish for a living
and as a treat dress up for Ladies Day
at Ascot.
It’s the tale of their lives, loves and
fears and their relationships with each
other and six different men.
You’ll laugh, cry, cringe at their awful
jokes, sympathise and cheer with them as
their stories unfold. Will Lady Luck
smile on them as they enjoy their day at
the races?
Details of the performance:
DATE: Friday 15th and Saturday
16th June at 7.30 pm
VENUE: St Andrews Hall, Cowling
TICKETS Available from:
Cowling Chippy
The Bay Horse Pub
By Telephone: 01535 634936
Or on the door (if seating available)
Price of tickets: £6 or £5
concessions.
We look forward to
seeing you there! |

Pinnacle Productions
is Cowling’s very own amateur dramatic
group. It was named after Cowling’s
famous Wainman’s Pinnacle and was formed
back in 1998.
Since then the group has performed many
plays, pantomimes and short sketches in
and around the village.
Pinnacle Productions is always looking
for new members – and not just for
acting! If you fancy meeting new
friends, learning about the theatre,
working back stage, making props,
costumes, scenery or helping with
lighting or sound or simply supporting
the productions, Pinnacle Productions
would love to hear from you.
If you think you would like to come
along and see what Pinnacle Productions
do, please find out more by calling
Angela on (01535) 634936 or Patricia on
(01535) 635951.
You will be made most welcome, and there
is no obligation to join, just come
along and see if you like it.
Pinnacle Productions can only thrive if
it’s supported by those who live here,
either by joining the ranks or by coming
along to the performances.
There are also many social events in
Pinnacle Productions’ calendar – from
theatre trips, seaside trips, garden
parties, an annual village quiz to
regular play readings and social
gatherings.
Pinnacle Productions are hoping to stage
a pantomime at the end of 2012.
If you think you’d like to take part
then do contact us.
Angela on (01535) 634936 or Patricia on
